• Exchanges and returns are not allowed, as all items are custom-made upon order.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
1. A manufacturing defect, and the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. A size discrepancy compared to the stated measurements, provided that the item is measured in inches and clear photos are submitted as proof.
• Loose or excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect and can be trimmed with scissors.
• Fabric type is clearly stated, and dissatisfaction with the fabric is not a valid reason for return.
• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings; this is normal and not considered a defect.
