Shipping & Delivery:
• Order processing time ranges from 7 to 18 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and Saudi National Day.
• Shipping outside Riyadh takes 10 to 18 business days. During peak seasons and high-demand periods, delivery may extend to 20–24 business days.
• All items are made to order; ready-made pieces are not available.
• Urgent or express orders are not accepted under any circumstances.
• No design modifications are accepted (including adding pockets, buttons, or changing the cut or color). Orders are produced exactly as displayed.
• The store reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of fabric unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
• Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Duolune bears no responsibility for the shipment, and tracking becomes the customer’s responsibility.
• If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, or if the shipment is not received, the order will be returned to the store, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• Sizes are based on the size chart provided on the product page, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing the order.
• Orders cannot be modified after payment (size, color, or design).
• Production begins immediately upon successful payment.
